Noted Harvard economist Dr. Jeffrey Sachs recently addressed the subject of globalization's impact on developing countries in a lecture sponsored by the Japan Automobile Manufacturers Association (JAMA) and the Elliott School of International Affairs. This lecture is relevant to the globalization discussion prominently highlighted by the Seattle WTO meeting and the recent World Bank/IMF Washington meetings.
