The JAMA.ORG PhotoGallery provides photos that can be used online or in print publications for articles concerning the Japanese automobile industry. There are three sizes of photos. The thumbnails are used on the index pages to give you a general idea of what is available.
Clicking on a thumbnail photo will bring up a page with the photo at a resolution of about 450x350 pixels (the size of this window), to provide more detail to allow you to decide if it is suitable. For online use, this is probably the size/resolution you will want. With most browsers, you need only right-click on the photo and select "Save Picture As..." to download it.
For print use, you may want a larger, higher-resolution image. Below each photo is a link for the photo at the original size and resolution at which we obtained it. You can right-click on the link and select "Save Picture As..." to download it. If you left-click the link, the full-size photo will open in your browser. If you are using Internet Explorer 6 with the default settings, the photo will be resized to fit in your browser window. If you move your cursor to the lower right corner of the window, a four-arrowed icon will appear, allowing you to expand the photo to its full size, if you want to inspect details.
Photos in the JAMA.ORG PhotoGallery may be used without charge. We do ask that you provide credit to JAMA as the source: "Photo courtesy of Japan Automobile Manufacturers Association (www.jama.org); all rights reserved." If used online, we would appreciate an email to photos@jama.org with a link to the URL of the page where the photo appears; if in a print publication, please send a copy of the publication to
